Shipping

We currently offer free local pick-up from our Whitehorse store for online orders. When your order is ready for local pick-up, we will contact you. All orders must be picked up within 7 days. Storage fees may apply if a product is warehoused for an extended period of time. 

All of our products are currently available for shipping within Canada.

We typically suggest allowing 2-4 weeks for in-stock items, however, due to the lasting effects of the pandemic we are seeing large delays and fluctuating lead times. If you require specific timeline information, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Please note: You may receive multiple deliveries per order. Delays in shipping and delivery with our third-party partners can happen for various reasons and are unfortunately beyond our control. 

Our Return Policy

Before making your purchase, please ensure that you’ve read and thoroughly understood the product description for any item(s) in your cart, and that you’ve double checked all item dimensions against the measurements of your space. Please direct any product inquiries you have to info@dhshoppe.ca so that we can ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed purchase. Shipping paid on your order is non-refundable once the product has shipped. If you attempt a cancellation but your order has already shipped, you must accept the item(s) when delivered and initiate a return once received. Please keep in mind that we can only accept returns in their original packaging and condition.

Before contacting us to initiate a return, please review the list of product categories below to confirm that your order is eligible for return. Item(s) eligible for return must be returned (received back to our warehouse) within 30 days of delivery to you.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer experience team at info@dhshoppe.ca as soon as possible within this timeframe. 

To request a cancellation, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. The refund will be issued using the original payment method within 48 hours and credited to your account within 3-5 business days. We cannot guarantee cancellations after 48 hours as items may have been processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, your cancellation will be treated as a return, and additional fees may apply. The refund will be issued using the original payment method within 48 hours and credited to your account within 3-5 business days.

Small Furniture (less than 50 pounds) is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once a return has been initiated, you will be responsible for the organization and cost of return shipping to our store in Whitehorse YT. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition within 30 days. Items will be inspected within 72 hours of arrival. If the item is damaged during the return transit, our team will assess the situation and issue a refund in the form of store credit based on its condition. The refund, less shipping and restocking fee, will be issued via the original payment method within 48 hours and credited to your account within 3-5 business days.

Large Furniture (over 50 pounds) is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once a return has been initiated, you will be responsible for the organization and cost of return shipping to our storefront in Whitehorse, YT. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition within 30 days. Items will be inspected within 72 hours of arrival at our warehouse. If the item is damaged during the return transit, our team will assess the situation and issue a refund in the form of store credit based on its condition. The refund, less shipping and restocking fee will be issued via the original payment method within 48 hours, and credited to your account within 3-5 business days.

Decor, Rugs and Lighting must be returned to our store within 30 days of initial delivery or pickup. A restocking fee will not be charged if returned within the time frame specified. You will be responsible for the organization and cost of return shipping to our showroom in Whitehorse, YT, Canada. Without exception, items must be returned in new condition and original packaging. The refund, less original shipping fee, will be issued via the original payment method within 48 hours, and credited to your account within 3-5 business days.
